DESCRIPTION
His Japanese name literally means, “ star arrow “; in fact there is a star in his shoes. He’s the main character of the series, he is sent in the homeland of the Knight of the Zodiac, which is Greece, to undergo his training. When he comes back to New Luxor, he takes part in the Galactic Tournament in order to become famous and to meet again his lost sister Patricia (Seika); then he embraces Lady Isabel’s (Saori) cause and to show his solidarity to his friends, he will fight in the name of justice.
In every series, he’s always the first to go for broke against the enemies in general and against the main villain. He’s the only one who can wear the Holy Armour of Sagittarius, and that can shoot the arrow of hope.
When he fights, he’s very instinctive, so he risks getting into trouble and he doesn’t perform at his best when he’s depressed. He is usually very optimistic though, he never gives up and is constantly cheering the other knights up: in the end, he always fulfils his tasks.
He’s very successful with women; he has at least three admirers: Lamia (Miho), Saori and Tisifone (Shaina). Seiya seems to return their love, liking best one or the other according to the period of the series. The knight to whom Seiya is more attached is Sirio the Dragon.
As far as his looks are concerned he is a normal guy, he has short untidy brown hair and brown eyes.
His amour hasn’t got any special powers.

	Pegasasu Ryu Seiken  (Pegasus Meteor Fist) (Fulmine di Pegasus) After having traced out in the air with his arms the 13 stars of Pegaus, Seiya blows hundreds of fists at the speed of the sound.
	Pegasus Rolling Crash  (spirale di Pegasus) Seiya grasps his opponent from behind and jumps with him then makes the opponent fall down.
	Pegasasu Sui Seiken  (Pegasus Comet Fist) (Meteora di Pegasus) Seiya joins together all his blows in one sphere of energy, which wrong foots the enemy appearing suddenly.
	Sagitter Arrow  (Freccia del Sagittario) When Seiya is wearing the cloth of Sagittarius he can shoot it’s arrow.
